We want you to shop confidently. Because of their intimate nature, opened or used personal products, hygiene-sealed products, used lingerie, lubricants and intimate accessories cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.

Unopened products

Contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery to request authorization for an eligible unopened, unused product with original packaging and intact seals. Do not send a return without authorization; supplier return addresses may vary.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

Contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, a description and photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. These reporting windows do not override any legal rights.

Cancellations and refunds

Request a cancellation as soon as possible. After supplier dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time varies by payment provider. Refunds required by law are issued within legally required periods.

Return shipping

Customers ordinarily pay shipping for discretionary approved returns. We address incorrect or defective items in accordance with applicable law.
